Exempt Market Filers
Beginning July 25, 2023, exempt market filers must use SEDAR+ to submit Form 45-106 to the required Canadian securities commissions and pay fees electronically. You no longer need to separately file on the BCSC, OSC and SEDAR platforms. Use our Compliance Management Portal to upload files and pay fees, and avoid the complexities of learning the SEDAR+ platform.
